1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 8999bid platform — including the website at https://8999bid.app and any associated mobile interfaces — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute the full and complete agreement between you (the "Player") and 8999bid (the "Platform") with respect to your use of all services offered.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 8999bid platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

8999bid reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. The most current version of these terms is always available at https://8999bid.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and our Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming). Together, these three documents form the complete regulatory framework governing your relationship with 8999bid.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 8999bid platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain a registered account:

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from 8999bid or any recognised problem gambling programme. Opening an account while under a self-exclusion is a material breach of these terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Geographic Eligibility

8999bid's primary market is Bangladesh. The platform is designed and optimised for players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online betting services is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. 8999bid makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate for use in any location other than its intended Bangladesh market. Players who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so entirely at their own risk and under their own legal responsibility.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 8999bid platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that player will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be voided in full. 8999bid reserves the right to retain all net winnings generated from duplicate accounts pending the outcome of any investigation.

Registration Information

When registering your 8999bid account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered to you personally. You must keep this information current and up to date at all times. 8999bid may require you to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity at any point — including during the withdrawal process.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8999bid login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must never share your login credentials with any third party. 8999bid will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity, unless the activity results directly from a proven 8999bid security failure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8999bid — including deposits into your player account and withdrawals of funds from it — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8999bid does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on 8999bid is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 8999bid, though individual payment provider limits may apply.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your 8999bid account. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where identified.
• 8999bid does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply transaction charges that are outside 8999bid's control.
• If a deposit does not appear in your 8999bid account within 15 minutes, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent financial fraud and money laundering.
• Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) may be required. Please ensure your account details and payment method ownership are confirmed in advance to avoid delays.
• 8999bid processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes listed above. Requests submitted during peak periods may take slightly longer, but will not exceed 2 hours under normal circumstances.
• 8999bid reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within a 30-day rolling period. Such checks may delay processing by up to 48 hours.
• Funds that were deposited but never used for wagering may be subject to a standard verification review before withdrawal is approved.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on 8999bid is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed by the 8999bid system. It is your responsibility to check the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all affected bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport published on the platform at the time the bet was placed.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. Live market odds fluctuate in real time; the odds at the moment of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• 8999bid reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the player. Stake limits are applied consistently and not targeted at individual players.
• Where a bet is placed on an incorrect price due to a manifest or obvious error, 8999bid reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account.

Casino & RNG Games

• All casino games on 8999bid — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently verified for fairness.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game or real-time game session, the round will be settled according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. 8999bid is not liable for disconnection losses caused by the player's internet connection.
• Any malfunction of the software or game infrastructure that results in an incorrect game result will be treated as void. Stakes will be returned to the player's account. 8999bid does not guarantee continuous or error-free availability of all game titles at all times.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void and will be reversed from the player's account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8999bid platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet or casino game.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games outside of normal manual player interaction.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer, using matched betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation.
• Any attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the 8999bid platform, its APIs, game servers, or payment infrastructure.
• Placing bets using funds that have been obtained through criminal activity, or using the 8999bid platform for any money laundering purpose.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

8999bid offers a range of promotional offers and bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Where not stated, a default 30x wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain uncleared at the expiry of the promotion period will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for wagering. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only real-money winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (after clearing the wagering requirement) are withdrawable.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before the wagering requirements of an existing bonus have been fulfilled will result in the existing bonus balance being forfeited.
• 8999bid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to accounts before the change is implemented.
• Players who are identified as engaging in systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any pattern of play designed to extract bonus value with minimal genuine risk — will have their bonus privileges permanently revoked and may have their accounts closed.

7. Responsible Gaming

8999bid is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online betting should remain an enjoyable entertainment activity and must never cause financial hardship or personal harm to any player. 8. Account Closure & Termination

Either the player or 8999bid may initiate the closure of a registered account, subject to the conditions described in this section.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 8999bid account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided that all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. Bonus balances that have not cleared their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure or Suspension by 8999bid

8999bid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to the player, in the following circumstances:

• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any point during account use.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment reversals initiated by the player without first contacting 8999bid support to resolve the underlying issue.
• Any action that 8999bid reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, its systems, or other players.

Where an account is closed by 8999bid due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is established, 8999bid reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8999bid platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8999bid or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 8999bid platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 8999bid platform without prior written authorisation from 8999bid.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any part of the 8999bid platform or its content.
• Use any automated system — including web crawlers, scrapers, or data extraction tools — to collect data or content from the 8999bid platform.
• Use the 8999bid name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without express written permission.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the 8999bid platform within another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 8999bid's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability. 8999bid actively monitors for intellectual property infringement and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8999bid, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 8999bid platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from betting or casino gaming activity, including the loss of any funds wagered on the platform.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures — including those occurring during live in-play betting or live casino game sessions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by 8999bid in the exercise of its rights under these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension, bonus cancellation, or bet voiding.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 8999bid's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, 8999bid's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 8999bid in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

8999bid reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes — that is, changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will notify you via the email address registered on your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor or administrative changes, the updated terms will be published at /terms-conditions without advance notice, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the 8999bid platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Closing your account before an amendment's effective date will not be treated as a breach of the previous terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 8999bid Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy) and Responsible Gaming Policy (/responsible-gaming), constitute the entire agreement between you and 8999bid with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
